Damaged items:
In the unlikely case that your product arrived damaged, you need to inform us ASAP, maximum 48 hours from receiving date (by email, phone or fax). You are asked to keep the box and packaging for inspection in case we need to open an insurance claim with the shipping company. Failure to do so will void any responsibilities for the occurred damage on our and/or the shipping company side.
Damaged items returned to us will be replaced free of charge. If you request a refund instead of replacement, such refund may not cover shipping costs, same as in our satisfaction policy above.
Shipping glass mirrors:
Our prices of mirrors are calculated for frames only. Whenever possible, we will add looking glass at no extra charge, for customers’ convenience (mostly for small size mirrors, due to security concerns as it can be dangerous to have large broken glass pieces in a package). However, we can’t insure glass, therefore we can’t guarantee it. We try to pack it really well. From our experience it is about 75% chance that mirror will arrive OK. But if unfortunately it arrives broken, we can’t take additional responsibility for that. Usually however, adding /replacing a mirror is very easy and really inexpensive at your local glass shop (Price-wise recommended are commercial type window/auto glass shops, not little frame shops, etc.). Thank you for understanding.
Please remember, that every item from Artiquea ltd is made by hand, using traditional techniques, to the highest quality standards. Incidental, irregular and uneven marks under the glaze, are not considered faults, and are intrinsic characteristics of the hand processes involved. Sizes and colours will vary a little from year to year. The bases of the pots are partially glazed unless otherwise stated.
